My territory grew from California to include the eleven Western US states, Mexico, and Western Canada with some cover over the rest of the country when necessary. I handle technical support for sale reps and distributors, and manage support and review of the Western US sales rep organizations. My primary responsibility is to secure design wins with key high-volume and high-profile customers in Western North America.
- Earned key design wins at business-critical customers with new product lines including LED Drivers, LNB support devices, high side current monitors, and bipolar transistors.

At Discovision Associates, It was my responsibility was to perform a detailed analysis on optical disc technologies, phase locked loop servos, lasers, optics, and optical disc devices with a focus on generating data and evidence of infringement on the company portfolio of patents. My responsibilities further included maintaining an understanding of patent law, understanding claims, analysis of infringement, generating evidence of infringement, and generating detailed reports documenting said infringement on a claim by claim basis supported by appropriate evidence. As part of my regular duties, I designed and built test circuits, tools, and fixtures to capture and manipulate high speed signals in the products under analysis. I reported to the Director of Engineering, and my written-reports, analysis, and technical opinions went to Attorney/VP of licensing.
