Manage business issues in assigned territories. Sales of OEM digital audio amplifier modules: Negotiated equity agreements with investors, manufacturers, and engineers during startup company formation. Organized and co-founded BlueBlade Audio, Inc. Managed all sales of our proprietary digital audio (Class-D) amplifier modules using proprietary audiophile-quality technology. Negotiated with power supply manufacturers to manufacture application-specific switching power supplies for digital audio amplifiers to compliment our amplifier module offering.
